Nivika Consulting Services was founded in 2001 with a vision to help clients reengineer their operations in a controlled manner.

Nivika started its operations by helping clients map their processes and reengineer them, leveraging the current IT infrastructure. With significant investments in IT already made, clients did not want to further invest in IT to gain productivity in their company.

Furthermore, Nivika started an offshore delivery center in India for its clients. Nivika has offered its clients unique business solutions; the company has helped its clients extend their business operations to offshore locations rather than having to outsource those processes.
