People
At Nivika we are
committed to achieving diversity in our workforce. Yet our
educational requirements are stringent. We insist on our workforce
comprising of college graduates and degree holders specializing in
the field they are hired to cater to. We maintain diversity in terms
of degrees earned by each individual.
Our workforce comprises
of Electrical Engineers, Computer Engineers, MBAs and Management
graduates (specialized in finance/ marketing), Fashion Designers &
as need be, other degree holders.
